Freida : What the Water Gave Me
This oil painting by Frida Khalo was created in 1938. She drew a unreasonable juxtaposition of her reflection of what her life had become. Frida was very honest in her drawing and she never added or took away from what she truly saw. This art pieces depicts her feet in the water along with a building sitting on a volcano and a naked women drowning along with a dress just floating and what maybe appears to be her parents alongside a naked women laying in bed with another women holding her hair. This drawing is breathtaking.
