Marcel Duchamp

This painting known as "Chess Players" created by Marcel Duchamp is a very abstract piece depicting a chess game. When looking closely, you can see what appears to be two people with their hands to their faces. Although this painting is overall various shades of brown, the few blue-ish hues throughout help define the chess players from the rest of the painting. I liked this painting because you need to observe it for a little to grasp what the painting shows.
