I really like this painting by Matisse because of the detail to the pattern on the tablecloth and the colors he incorporated into the background. He seems to paint with a casual flow and add in vivid colors to his liking which I appreciate. He doesn't worry about what it is actually supposed to look like and paints as he pleases. This particular painting really caught my attention and is beautiful; it looks like a rainbow of colors.
